After 14+ years at Pfizer managing multi-billion-dollar global programs, complex international supply chains, and high-stakes partnerships, I developed a skill set centred on risk assessment, structured planning, disciplined execution, and stakeholder trust. This included playing a critical role in Pfizer’s global COVID-19 vaccine deployment program — delivering over 1.5 billion doses across more than 60 countries — working directly with UNICEF, Gavi the Vaccine Alliance, and the World Health Organization.
I recognised the same problem in real estate advisory that I had seen in global healthcare access: the people giving advice had the wrong incentives. I co-founded ATGICS to redefine what real estate advisory means for HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices in Dubai. Rather than presenting property as a product, we frame every opportunity within portfolio strategy, capital efficiency, and long-term wealth preservation.
